摘  要:研究了微波消解 超声雾化 ICP AES测定人发样品中 1 2种常量、微量元素的方法。对样品的测定条件进行了优化 ,并对 2 0例女性拉祜族长寿老人发样进行了测定。与普通老人比较 ,女性拉祜族长寿老人发样中Mn、Mo、Ge的含量均明显高于普通老人发样中含量 ,存在显著性差异。A method of determination for 12 trace elements in human hair was studied. The concentrations of 12 trace elements in longevous women hair of Lagu minority in Lancang district of Yunnan province were determined by this method, And normal old human hairs were selected as a control group. The statistic results showed that Mo, Mn and Ge in hairs of longevous women had significant difference from the control, but 9 other trace elements had not significant difference. It was suggested that the three trace elements were important to the phenomenon of longevity of people.
