摘　　要：“入世”后我国能否抓住机遇 ,发挥优势、扬长避短、趋利避害 ,关键在于政策、法规、标准的管理与协调是否及时。After the entry of WTO,whether China can take the chances and advantages,avoiding the short-comings and harms,critically depends on whether the management and harmony of the policies,regulations and standards are in time,in function and in high efficiency.
