摘　　要：Pro/Engineer软件是一种三维造型设计系统 ,整个系统建立在统一的数据库上 ,能自动生成图纸 ,具有强大的实体造型及装配功能、参数化设计功能和产品分析功能。通过Pro/En gineer软件模拟偏轮游梁式抽油机的运动 ,找到了这种抽油机批量生产中出现有规律故障的原因 ,即抽油机游梁焊缝应力超过了极限。据此提出了解决方案 :修改了抽油机游梁的设计 ;加厚了加强筋 ;加大了翼板联接件的受力面积 ;改进了支架结构。使用证明 ,这种改进后的抽油机可靠性及整机性能均得到提高 ,受到了用户的好评。The No.2 Machinery Works of Huabei Petroleum Administative Bureau imported 2 sets of Pro/Engineer software systems from Parametric Technology Corporation of US and applied them on products development. For example, the technicians used the software system to simulate the motion of the beam pumping units, and found out the reasons of the trouble in batch production, i.e. the stress in the welding seam of the walking beam goes beyond the limit. According to this factor causing the trouble, they reformed the design of the walking beam, and improved the reliability and performance of the pumping unit.
