摘  要:为适应加工高硫馏分油的需要 ,研制成功了加氢精制催化剂FH 5A。该剂以含硅氧化铝为载体、Mo Ni为活性组分 ,并添加少量助剂而制得。FH 5A工业放大催化剂在氢分压 3.4MPa、空速 2 .5h-1、反应温度 35 0℃的加氢条件下在小型装置处理伊朗催化裂化柴油和沙特轻质直馏柴油的混合油 (30 70 ) ,可将原料油中硫含量由 90 0 0 μg/g降至 343μg/g ,氮含量由 432 μg/g降至 47μg/g。评价试验表明 ,FH 5A加氢精制催化剂可满足中东高硫直馏柴油。A new diesel hydrofining catalyst FH 5A was prepared for processing sour gas oil. The catalyst was formulated by Mo Ni active component carried on silicon contained alumina with a small amount of promotor. The commercial made FH 5A was evaluated in a testing unit using a mixture of Arabian Light gas oil and Iranian FCC LCO with a mixing ratio of 7030. Under the conditions of a hydrogen partial pressure of 3.4MPa, a space velocity of 2.5h -1 and a reaction temperature of 350℃, the sulfur content reduced from 9 000μg/g to 343μg/g, and the nitrogen content dropped from 432μg/g to 47μg/g. The evaluation result indicated that the said catalyst could process Mid East sour gas oil, coker gas oil, FCC LCO and their mixtures.
