摘 要:以催化裂化汽油为原料在不同类型的催化剂上进行了催化转化试验 ,探讨了不同类型的氢转移反应在烯烃转化中的作用。结果表明 ,烯烃在硅铝比较高的分子筛催化剂上或在较高的反应温度下或在较低的空速下进行氢转移反应 ,可以生成较多的芳烃 ;反之 ,烯烃在硅铝比较低的分子筛催化剂上或在较低的反应温度下或在较高的空速下进行氢转移反应 。Catalytic conversion experiments were carried out with FCC naphtha feedstock over different type catalysts. According to the experiment results and hydrogen transfer reaction mechanism, the effects of hydrogen transfer reactions on olefin conversion were studied. It was concluded that olefins were converted into more isoparaffins through hydrogen transfer reaction under lower reaction temperature or at higher space velocity or over a catalyst with lower Si/Al ratio; inversely, olefins were converted into more aromatics through hydrogen transfer reaction under higher reaction temperature or at lower space velocity or over a catalyst with higher Si/Al Ratio.
