摘 要:纳米聚硅材料是解决低渗透油田注水井长期注入压力居高不下、注入量低、单井注入压力差异等问题的有效方法之一。通过岩心驱替试验、微观驱油试验表明 :纳米聚硅材料能够改变岩石润湿性 ,提高水相相对渗透率 ,同时 ,其强憎水特性能够驱替吸附在孔隙内表面的水膜 ,扩大孔径。驱替试验和现场应用表明 :选井是决定施工成败的关键。Nanometer Polysilicon is one of the method to resolve the problem that injected pressure is high in a long time,water flooding volume is low,the difference of injected pressure of each well is very large in water flooding of low permeability oil field. Nanometer Polysilicon can change the wettability of rock, enhance relative permeability of water,at the same time, because of its stronger hydrophobility,reduce significantly the flow resistant of water flooding through core driving experiment and micro-driving test. The core driving experiment and full size field test prove that it is important for success of construction to select well. Its best economic profit can be proved through economic evaluation.
