肝复乐对D-半乳糖胺所致小鼠肝损伤的影响

摘　　要：肝复乐能使ipD 半乳糖胺 6 5 0mg/kg小鼠血清ALT活性下降 ,血清TBIL含量降低 ,肝组织的病理变化明显减轻 ,表明肝复乐对肝组织损伤具有一定保护作用。Hepatic injury animal models were prepared with BAL b/c mice by 650 mg/kg of d-aminogalactose intrapertoneal injection once. In the models, the activity of serum ALT was raised, the content of TBIL was increased, and inflammatory cell infitration, degeneration and necrosis of liver cells occurred. Tablet Ganfule lowered activity of serum ALT and TBIL in d-aminogalactose hepatic injury mice. It abated the pathologic change of liver tissue. It is concluded that Ganfule could protect liver from damagement by d-aminogalactose.
