清肝冲剂对慢性丙型肝炎的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法,91例慢性丙型肝炎患者分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(43例),分别用清肝冲剂和干扰素治疗,疗程6个月。观察患者临床症状、体征、肝功能、病毒学指标等项目。结果:治疗组总有效率为74.8％,临床疗效与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05);肝功能3项指标治疗后与治疗前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后HCV RNA阴转率为27％,随访3～6个月阴转率为27％。结论:清肝冲剂对慢性丙型肝炎有一定的疗效。To observe the clinical effect of 'Qinggan Granules' in treating chronic hepatitis C. Methods: 91 cases of chronic hepatitis C were divided into the Chinese herbs treatment group (48 cases), control group of western medicine (43 cases) and treateed respectively with 'Qinggan Granules' and Interferon, to observe the items of clinical symptoms, signs, hepatic function, indicator of hepatitis C. Results: The results showed the total effective rate was 74. 8% in the treatment group after the course of the treatment was finished, and clinical effect was no significant difference with control group (P>0. 05). After three indexes of hepatic function were treated, there was significant difference (P<0. 05) in comparison of before the treatment. When half-year treatment were finished in treatment group, the negative-transferring rate of HCV RNA was 27% ,In follow up for 3-6 months,the negative-transferring rate of HCV RNA was 27% too. Conclusion: The finding indicate that 'Qinggan Granules' can offer a certain therapeutic effect to chronic hepatitis C.
