摘  要:探讨扶正抗癌方(简称FAP)对大鼠移植性肝癌P_(53)、nm_(23-H1)基因表达的影响,研究其抗肿瘤作用机制。方法:40只大鼠移植性肝癌模型随机分为生理盐水组(NS)及FAP组,每组20只,分别灌胃10d,测瘤组织P_(53)、nm_(23-H1)水平。结果:NS级P_(53)阳性表达率为40%,nm_(23-H1)阴性表达率15%;FAP组P_(53)阳性表达率为70%,nm_(23-H1)阴性表达率70%,二者相比,P>0.05及P<0.01。结论:FAP有调节荷瘤鼠P_(53)及nm_(23-H1)基因表达作用,其抗癌作用可能作用于以上某一个或多个环节。To explore the influence of FAP on P53 gene and nm23-H1 gene expression in rats with implanted hepatoma. Methods: Forty rats with implanted hepatoma were divided into group FAP and group NS. Each group had 20 cases. After 10 days treatment, the P53 gene and nm23-H1 gene expression in the tissues of implanted hepatoma were detected. Results: The percents of P53 gene positive expression in the two groups were 40% and 70% (P>0. 05), and the percents of nm23-H1 gene negative expression were 15% and 70% (P<0. 01). Conclusions: FAP could increase P53 gene positive expression and nm23-H1 gene negative expression. The effects of anti-carcinoma of FAP may be acted on the one or several accesses above.
