摘　　要：目的　研究一氧化氮 (NO)和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)在吗啡依赖形成中的作用。方法　对吗啡依赖和戒断大鼠脑内NO含量和NOS活力进行测定。结果　未发现吗啡依赖和戒断大鼠脑内NO含量和NOS活力有改变。Objective To study the role of nitr ic oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in the development of morphine depende nce.Methods The level of nitric oxide and the activity of nitric oxide synthase were measured in morphine-dependent and morphine-wi thdrawn rats.Results No significant changes in the NO lev el and the NOS activity were found.Conclusion The correlation between NO/NOS and morphine dependence remains to be studied.
