女性性交痛原因分析——附6例会阴侧切缝合术后所致性交疼痛

摘　　要：旨在研究因生理原因及会阴侧切缝合术后引起的性交痛问题.方法:1999年7月-2000年3月因性交痛来院求诊的17例女性患者.结果:肥厚处女膜伴根部结缔组织环11例(64.71%),会阴侧切缝合术后6例(35.29%).大专以上学历占58.82%,教师、职员占76.47%.结论:婚前医学检查及会阴侧切缝合技术具有重要的意义.本文重点介绍6例会阴侧切缝合术之诊治情况.Seventeen outpatients with dyspareunia were interviewed from July 1997 to March 2000.Of them 11(64. 11%)were found to have hypertrophic hymen connected with vaginal wall by connective tissue ring,and 6(35.29%)had history of episiotomy.Ten women(58.82%)held an academic degree,and 13(76. 47%)were teachers or officers.It is concluded that physical examination before marriage and history of epi- siotomy are important for analysis of dyspareunia women.
