摘  要:结合湖北樊口泵站大型拍门模型试验 ,介绍了拍门及液压启闭系统模型相似设计方法 ;运用微机动态测试系统实测了不同装置扬程下两种不同渐变缓冲方案的拍门动态参数及启闭机油缸内压力变化过程 。Combined with the flap valve model test of Fankou pumping station, the simulant method of flap valve and hydraulic hoist model is introduced and dynamic characteristics of two different schemes with variant pumping head is tested and studied. With computer measure system,dynamic parameters and dash power of flap valve and change course of oil pressure in hydraulic buffer are given. From the study, it can be shown that suitable channel square with section change can realize reliable cushion and eliminate bump force. The results not only have provided the necessary basis for flap valve reconstruction of Fankou pumping station, but also have the function of guiding and referring for the similar flap valve and hydraulic buffer.
