核电站核级承压设备设计分析专用程序系统研究

摘　　要：本程序系统研究是以ANSYS软件为开发主体、建立了用于核级承压设备力学分析的材料数据库、瞬态热工参数库、参数化模型库、编制了应力分析评定程序,实现了程序系统与CAD软件的数据接口,以确保输入数据的正确性和缩短计算分析的周期,同时研究和开发了反应堆压力容器密封分析专用程序和特殊构件传热分析程序,并与ANSYS软件连接,以弥补专用分析程序在前后处理方面的不足。In order to ensure the correctness of input data and save the time for calculation, the databases for material mechanical properties, transient thermal parameters and parameterized models of nuclear pressure-retaining equipments for mechanical analysis have been established and the stress assessment program is compiled based on ANSYS software in this specialized analysis program system with which the data connection of CAD package is achieved. The seal analysis program for reactor vessel and the thermal analysis program for the special components are developed respectively, and connected with ANSYS in order to increase their ability of pre-process and post process.
