摘  要:本试验采用饲养试验和消化代谢试验研究了植酸酶对生长猪生产性能和养分消化率的影响,饲养试验通过96头20kg左右的长白×荣昌F1杂交猪分别喂给8种不同成分的日粮,消化试验通过20kg左右长白×荣昌F1杂交公猪12头分别喂给3种不同成分的日粮。试验结果表明:在20—60kg生长猪无矿物质磷日粮中添加300mg/kg植酸酶,日增重提高14.5%(P<0.05),饲料效率无明显影响,总磷和植酸磷的全消化道消化率分别提高39.3%(P<0.05)和38.4%(P<0.05),氮的沉积效率增加14.4%(P<0.05),生长猪日粮添加植酸酶对干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、无氮浸出物、总能和钙的消化率无影响。The present study was evaluated with a feeding test and a digestion metabolic trial.In the feeding test, a total of 96 Landrace×Rongchang F1 hybrid pigs (±20kg)were respectively treated with 8 different kinds of diets,In the digestion metabolic trial,a total of 12 Landrace×Rongchang F1 hybrid pigs(±20kg) were respectively treated with 3 different kinds of diets.The test results shows:the daily gain of the growing pigs (20-60kg) Which were fed with the basal diet+300mg/kg phytase increases 14.5% (P <0.05), but the feed efficiency was no significantly influenced;the whole alimentary canal digestibility of the total phosphorous (P) and phytase respectively increases 39. 3% (P <0.05) and 38. 4% (P <0.05), the precipitation coefficient of the nitrogen(N) increases 14. 4% (P <0.05); adding phytase to the growing pigs diets have no influence on the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein, crude fat,crude fiber,crude ash, nitrogen-free extract(NFE), gross energy(GE) and calcium(Ca).
