酸水法提取穿心莲总内酯

摘　　要：为了提高以水为溶媒提取穿心莲总内酯的收率，根据穿心莲内酯可以同亚硫酸氢钠起加成反应的原理，在常温条件下，用作者设计之方法──酸水法同乙醇回流法、碱水法、乙醇冷浸法、冷水浸渍法提取穿心莲总内酯，用比色法测定其含量，酸水法提取穿心莲总内酯可达乙醇冷浸法的75％以上，与乙醇回流法（A法）相当，而远远超过其它方法（D、E法），经方差分析，其与乙醇冷浸法（D法）和碱水法（B法）差异显著，而与乙醇回流法无显著差异。The author designed the acid - water method in order to raise profit of andrographolide by water media, and compare it with alcohol eddy, alkali - water, alcohol - water,cold water macerate. By means of colorimetric method. Results indicated that the profit of acid - water method is 75% of that of alcohol quench, and the same as to alcohol eddy, and it's for better than add other methods.
