摘 要:用t检,比较了《兽药典》中113味以花果仁入药中药、101味以茎叶入药中药、105味以根须入药中药及48味其它入药中药11种无机元素含量,结果首次表明:茎叶类中药Zn含量显著高于花果仁、根须及其它三类中药;花果仁类中药P含量显著高于茎叶、根须二类中药;其它入药中药类Fe、Cu的含量显著高于花果仁、茎叶及根须类三类中药。By means of comparing eleven trace eleven trace elements' contents of 113 species of chinese herbal medicine coming from flower and kernel, 101 species of chinese herbal medicine coming from stem and leaf,106 species of chinese herbal medicine coming from root and rhizome and 48 species of chinese herbal medicine coming from other parts. The results firstly showed that the content of Zn in chinese herbal medicine coming from stem and leaf was significantly higher than that coming from flower and kernel, and that coming from root, rhizome, and that coming from other parts. And the contents of P in chinese herbal medicine coming from flower and kernel were significantly higher than that coming from stem, leaf, root, rhizome. And the contents of Fe, Cu in chinese herbal medicine coming from other parts were significomtly higher, compared with those coming from the three kinds of chinese herbal medicine - flower gains kernel,stem and leaf and root and rhizome.
