摘  要:为了进一步探讨雏鸡脑软化的发病机理,实验设计了建立雏鸡脑软化的新方法,并成功地复制出雏鸡发生脑软化症模型,发病率为36.7%,发病日龄在30~60天。同时对实验条件下获得的脑软化症的临床症状和病理变化进行了观察,并测定了体重、大脑重、小脑重和血清中维生素E含量的变化。结果表明,控制饲料中维生素E的含量和添加过量不饱和脂肪酸(鱼油),其它营养成分保持不变的情况下,能成功复制雏鸡脑软化模型。同时还表明维生素E缺乏和过量不饱和脂肪酸能影响机体和大、小脑的发育。The new method was designed in this study to set the encephalomalacia in chicken for studying the pathologic mechanism of chicken encephalomalacia. The encephalomalacia occurred in the chicken successfully, the incidence of it was 36. 7% , the chickens suffered from it was between 30 - 60days. The clinical symptom and pathologic changes of enephalomalacia was observed, the weight of body, cerebrum and cerebellum and VE content in serum was tested. The result showed that: The animal model of chicken encephalomalacia can be set through controlling the VE content and adding unsaturated fatty acid (fish oil) and keeping other nutritional constituent unchanged in feed. The method was simple, practiced and compared. Meanwhile, the development of body, cerebrum and cerebellum can be restrain from deficient of VE and excessive unsaturated fatty acid in feed.
