摘　　要：论述了机读目录格式与元数据格式在网络资源组织中的应用,探讨了两种格式的区别与联系、优势与不足,提出了在网络资源组织上两者应共存互补。Discusses application of Metadata and MARC in organizing web resources and reveals the difference between and affiliation of Metadata and MARC the predominance and disfigurement, and puts forward their coexistence.
