摘　　要：分析无靠模板材成形毛坯受力特点,根据生产试验找到了旋压力与旋轮行程、毛坯转速与毛坯直径、进给比与旋转半径之间的关系。通过采用无靠模成形工艺,提高了生产效率。According to trial production to analyse the receive power feature of the forming semi-finished product, and through the production test having found the relation between revolving press power and tumning wheel travel, semifinished product rotational speed and semi-product diameter,feed ratio and revolve radius. Because adopted model-free close forming technology.
