网络化制造环境下的动态企业建模

摘　　要：在分析传统CIMS企业建模局限性的基础上,探讨了网络化制造环境下虚拟企业的动态建模问题。首先研究了虚拟企业模型的构成和特点,特别是对各个视图的来源进行了分析;其次,考察了网络环境下的分布式协同建模过程,讨论了网络化协同建模机制的几个研究内容:然后,建议了一种动态企业建模工具的参考结构;最后,论述了两个重要的技术支持:多企业知识集成和对动态企业模型的性能分析与综合评价。On the base of analyzing the limitation of modeling of traditional CIMS enterprise, dynamic modeling for virtual enterprise under network manufacturing is discussed. Firstly, the structure and feature of virtual enterprise model is presented. Creating of all sorts of the views in such model is particularly analyzed. Secondly, the process of distributed and synergic modeling under network is surveyed. Some facets of such mechanism are pointed out. Then a referenced architecture of dynamic enterprise model tools is recommended. Finally, two important technical auspice,multi enterprise knowledge integration and capability analyzing & general evaluation for dynamic enterprise model are discussed.
