摘 要:利用XRD、SEM及物理力学性能测定等手段 ,研究了粉煤灰掺量、细度、保温时间对高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明 :随粉煤灰掺量的增加 ,砖的体积密度下降 ,吸水率有较大的增长 ,而抗压强度的降幅十分明显。其原因是粉煤灰与粘土的化学活性、化学组成、颗粒组成有较大差异所致。如用磨细灰代替原灰配料 ,砖的抗压强度可明显提高。结果还表明 ,烧成时保温时间过短或过长均不利于砖的强度 ,在给定的条件下 。The influence of adding quantity. fineness and heat preservation time of fly ash on property of high added fly ash sintered brick has been studied by means of XRD,SEM, physical and mechanical property measurement. The results show that the brick density is lowered, water absorption is largely increased while the compression strength is obviously lowered along with the increase of added fly ash. The reason is there are bigger difference between fly ash and clay in the fields of chemical activity, chemical composition and size composition. In case to use milled fine ash instead of raw ash for batch, the compression strength is obviously increased. The results also show that too short or too long of heat preservation time during sintering are harmful to strength of the brick. A suitable heat preservation time exists under given conditions.
