摘　　要：风机过滤器单元(FFU)系统有着诸多的优点,在国外的净化工程中得到了极为广泛的应用。但在国內由于造价偏高等原因,一直未能推广。本文着重讨论了如何简化FFU系统,降低造价,以应用于乱流洁净室的问题。FFU system has its own advantage in clean room construction and operation. It has been applied worldwide. But the domestic application is blocked because of the high cost. This paper has discussed how to simplify the system to lower the initial cost when FFUs are applied in turbulence clean rooms.
