平凉地区城镇体系研究

摘　　要：本文首先分析了平凉地区城镇体系等级规模结构、职能结构、空间结构 ,找出了城镇体系中存在的问题是规模小、数量少、结构不合理。其次 ,提出了该地区城镇体系发展的具体办法应是 :强化区内中心城市平凉市的功能 ,扩展其规模 ;扶持和合理发展县级小城市如华亭、泾川、静宁等 ;大力提高重点乡镇建设水平和数量 ,积极发展一般乡镇 ,促使各级城镇协调发展。After examining the grade, scale, structure, founction and layout of cities and towns in Pingliang area, the paper identifies some problems lie in the system as smaller scale, relatively less in number and mal structure. Furthermore, it puts forword suggestions on concrete measures to enhance the development of cities and towns in the area including making full use of the advantage of Pingliang as a central city by enlarging its scale and cater for surrounding small city development. At present, much attention should be paid on development of some important towships that may lead to harmoney develpment in the whole area.
