甜菜碱与鸡球素、球痢灵配伍对鸡球虫的疗效试验

摘　　要：采用均匀设计方法 ,按U54 均匀设计表设计甜菜碱与鸡球素、甜菜碱与球痢灵的配伍剂量 ,研究甜菜碱与鸡球素、甜菜碱与球痢灵抗球虫的最适配伍剂量 ,并设鸡球素 (5 0 0mg/kg)、球痢灵 (12 5mg/kg)和球佳 (1mg/kg)药物对照组及感染不给药和不感染不给药对照组。试验结果表明 :球佳的抗E .tenella的作用强 ,盲肠病变值仅为 6 .75 ,抗球虫指数 (ACI)高达 180 .75 ,而鸡球素、球痢灵的作用较差 ,其盲肠病变值分别为 2 4 .0、2 5 .5 ,ACI为 12 6 .5 7、12 6 .71;但甜菜碱与鸡球素、球痢灵配伍后 ,配伍各组的盲肠病变值降低、平均体增重和抗球虫指数升高 ,显示甜菜碱在一定程度上能提高鸡球素和球痢灵的抗E .The trial was conducted to evaluated the anticoccidial efficacies of Betaine with Hainanmycin or Betaine with Zolene,which made a series of level of Betaine(B) plus Jiqiusu(J,1% Hainanmycin) and Betaine plus Zolene(Z). By using the Uniform design,the formulas of Betaine plus Jiqiusu were 350/600?500/800?650/500 and 800/700 mg/kg in BJ 1?BJ 2?BJ 3 and BJ 4 groups,betaine plus Zolene were 350/165?500/245?650/125 and 800/205 mg/kg in BZ 1?BZ 2?BZ 3 and BZ 4 groups,respectively,which were compared with Jiqiusu (500 mg/kg)?Zolene (125 mg/kg)?Diclazuril(1 mg/kg)?infected nonmedicated and noninfected nonmedicated control groups.The result showed that the efficacy of Jiqiusu or Zolene was both not good,their lesion scores were 24? 25.5 and the Anticoccidial Index(ACI) were 126.57,124.25, but in BJ 1-4 and BZ 1-4 groups,the lesion scores were lower,ACI were higher than those in Jiqiusu?Zolene?and infected nonmedicated control group. It seemed that the anticoccidial effect of Jiqiusu and Zolene were enhanced by betaine.
