中药防治鸡法氏囊病的研究——法氏囊显微、超微结构的动态观察

摘　　要：将 8 0只 1日龄雅康公雏 ,饲喂至 2 4日龄 ,随机分成 5组 ,中药预防组鸡只每天灌喂中药“法囊饮”。至 3 0日龄时 ,经肌肉注射IBDV野毒 2ml/只。待出现临床症状后 ,除中药预防组外 ,其余 4组随机选取 3组分别给予特异抗体、中药、西药进行治疗 ,并于攻毒后 72h、12 0h、144h、192h、2 16h各组每次随机捕杀 3只。然后取法氏囊纵切为两份 :一份作Bouins氏液固定 ,H·E染色 ,光镜观察 ;另一份用 2 .5%戊二醛和 1% 钅我酸双重固定 ,醋酸铀染色 ,透射电镜观察。结果表明 :中药治疗组与特异抗体治疗组的效果相当 ;中药预防组与西药治疗组效果不明显。Yakang male chickens at the age of twenty-four days were divided into five groups randomly and one group was given with 'falang Drinking' everyday. At the age of thirty days, every chick of five groups was injected 2 ml of IBDV intramus-cularly. When clinical symptoms came out,three groups that did not take 'Falang Drinking' were treated by the antibody. Falang Drinking and western medicine respectively. Three chicken from each group were anatomized respectively at 72 h 120 h 144 h 192 h and 216 h after inoculation, then cryptosporidum was taken and divided into two samples, one sample was fixed with Bouin′s fluid, stained with H·E and observed by opticalmicroscope, the other was fixed with 2.5% GLutaraldehyde and 1% O sO 4 stained with Uraniun Acetate and observed with electro microscope. The result showed that therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine and the antibody was the same, that therapeutic effect of western medicine and prevention effect of Chinese medicine were indistinct.
