摘　　要：用阳离子交换树脂微粒法测定各种贫血患者的糖化血红蛋白(GHb)75例,结果表明再生障碍性贫血患者的 GHb 明显高于其他贫血组,这可能与再生阻碍性贫血的红细胞生成障碍,循环血中以老年红细胞为主有关,因此 GHb 可用来作为间接估计红细胞的生长周转情况及各种贫血鉴别诊断的参考指标。Glycosylated hemoglobin was detected in patients with 75 various anemia by means of cationic charged resin micro-column method.The results indicated that GHb is markedly higher in aplastic anemia than that in other anemia.It may be related to disturbunce of red cell formation and old red cells which were principal in circulatory blood.Therefore,GHb may be a useful index to evaluate survival cycle of red cells and to make differential diagnosis of various anemia.
