一次量氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者脑电活动影响的对照研究

摘  要:为探讨氯氮平所致首发精神分裂症患者和健康成人之间脑电能量变化的差异及自身用药前后脑电能量变化,对22例健康受试者和19例首发精神分裂症患者服用一次量25mg氯氮平前及后0.5、1、2、3、4、5、6、8、12、24小时脑电能量变化进行单因素和两因素方差分析。结果,α_1频段F_(p1)、F_(p2)、F_3、F_4、F_7、F_8、T_3、T_4、T_5、T_6、P_3、O_1导联,α_2频段F_4导联,α_3频段C_4、T_4、P_3、O_2导联,β频段O_1导联,δ频段F_(p1)、F_(p2)、F_3、F_4、F_8、T_3、C_3、T_5、O_1、O_2导联,精神分裂症患者和健康成人之间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。除健康成人α_2频段、精神分裂症患者α_1频段变化不明显外,两组受试对象各频段脑电能量变化趋势基本一致,但显著变化部位均有不同。提示,氯氮平致健康成人与首发精神分裂症患者脑电能量变化除θ频段外,各频段两组间比较均有显著性差异,两组受试对象各频段脑电能量变化趋势大致一致。To study the change's difference of electrical energy of brain between first-episode schizophrenia and healthy adult as well as the self-change before and after treatment,22 healthy adults and 19 first-episode schizophrenics were given one single clozapine 25mg,and one-factor and 2-factors variance analysis were made in the change of electrical energy of brain at 30min,1st、2rd、4th、5th、6th、8th、 12th and 24th hours before and after treatment respectively. Results There were significant difference in the Fp1、Fp2、F3、F4、F7、F8、T3、T4、T5、T6、P3 and O1 leads of aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa2 frequency band F4 of ,α2、C4、 T4、P3 and O2 of α3、O2 of β、Fp4. Fp2、F3、F4、F8、T3、C3、T5、O1 and O2 of δ between schizophrenia and healthy adult(P<0. 05). There were the consistence in each band on electrical energy of brain between the two group,apart from α2 band in healthy adult and α2 in the schizophrenia,but only less than significant level in degree. Suggestion: A-part from θ, other bands all showed significant difference between the two groups ;there were the consistence in each band on electrical energy of brain between the 2 group.
