摘　　要：顺式 -1 -甲氧羰基 -2 -芳基 -6 ,6 -二甲基 -5 ,7-二氧螺环 [2 ,5 ]-4 ,8-辛二酮与联苯二胺 ( 0 )或 4 ,4′-亚甲基二苯胺 ( 1 )在二氯甲烷中 ,4 0℃搅拌反应合成得到化合物 0和 1 ,干燥后进一步在二甲苯中回流即可得到N,N′-取代 -双 -(反式 -β,γ-二取代 -γ-丁内酰胺 ) ( 0或 1 ) ,得率高 ,立体选择性好 。cis-1-Methoxycarbonyl-2-aryl-6,6-dimethyl-5,7-dioxa-spiro-4,6-octadiones reacted with benzidine (Ⅱ 0) or 4,4′-methylenedianiline (Ⅱ 1) at 40℃ to give product Ⅲ 0or Ⅲ 1 which were further refluxed in xylene to get N,N′-(4,4′-biphenylene) bis (trans-β-methoxycarbonyl-γ-substituted phenyl-γ-butyrolactam) (Ⅳ 0) or N,N′-(methylenedi-4,4′-phenylene) bis (trans-β-methoxycarbonyl-γ-substituted phenyl-γ-butyrolactam) (Ⅳ 1) in good yield with high stereoselectivity.
