摘  要:用XRD ,XPS ,SEM和H2 TPR等手段研究了铜基负载型催化剂的结构和物性及其对混合碳四加氢脱炔的催化性能 .结果表明 ,在负载铜催化剂中加入一定量的Co可提高催化剂的加氢脱炔活性 ,而Co含量较少时加入少量的Ce也能提高催化剂的活性和选择性 .Cu和Co之间存在着相互协同作用 ,使得活性组分在催化剂表面偏析 ,CuO在催化剂表面呈非晶相分散状态 ,催化剂颗粒粒径变小 ,催化剂更容易被还原 。Cu-based catalysts were prepared by co-impregnating Y-Al2O3 with solution of metal nitrates. The structure and physical properties of the catalysts were studied by XRD, XPS, SEM and H-2-TPR. The catalytic performance of the catalysts for selective hydrogenation of C-4 distillate was measured. The results showed that adding Co into Cu-based catalyst can increase its ability for removing acetylenes. Addition of Cc increases the activity and selectivity of the catalysts, especially when Co amount is smaller. On 1% Co2O3-1% Ce2O3-5% CuO/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst, the redundant vinyl acetylene was 0.0012% and the loss of 1, 3-butadiene was 0.47%. There exists the synergy between Cu and Co, which promotes the active components to diffuse onto the surface from the bulk of the catalysts, the CuO to be in non-crystal state, the catalyst particles to become smaller, and the catalyst to be reduced easily. Therefore the multicomponent catalyst has better catalytic performance.
