摘  要:对世界冷加工介质和淬火介质清洁生产技术进行了跟踪研究。文章第一部分叙述了金属加工润滑介质在汽车生产中对环境的污染,较全面地介绍了许多国家在切削液防霉抗菌方面的各种技术,论述了清洁生产技术在我国的发展,并总结了一些加工介质的应用实例;文章第二部分介绍了国内外淬火介质的现状,概述了未来淬火介质清洁生产技术的发展方向。Trace research on world cool machining medium and quenching medium cleanness production technology were conducted.In the first part of the paper,pollution of metal machining lubricant on environment during automotive production were narrated,various technologies with respect to cutting liquid mildew prevention in the world were roundly introduced,combined with internal status,development of cleanness production technology at home were presented,a few of application instances of cutting medium were summarized.In the second part of paper,current status of quenching medium at home and abroad was introduced,and future development of quenching medium cleanness production technology were summarized.
