摘 要:以随机振动理论为基础 ,对结构顺风向风振 ,推导了准确合理的公式 .在此基础上对我国最新的风荷载规范 (GB5 0 0 0 9— 2 0 0 1)及世界各国主要的风荷载规范 (包括标准 )进行分析和评估 ,研究认为采用沿结构高度不变的风振系数是不合理的 .这种方法意味着由脉动风引起沿高度变化的振型惯性力的规律与平均风引起沿高度变化的静力规律相同 .算例显示了这种方法的误差 .在讨论的基础上 ,对 2 1世纪风荷载规范作出展望 .Based on random vibration theory,a series of accurate formulae were resonably driven in this paper.Following this,the major wind loading codes (including standards) at home and abroad were analyzed and evaluated.The codes highlighted by this study are the Chinese latest wind loading code(GB50009-2001) and those abroad.The constant gust response factor along the height is considered to be unreasonable.This constant factor technique means that the rule of fluctuating-wind-excited mode inertia force varing along the height is the same as that of mean-wind-excited static force.Examples show the errors of the constant factor technique.A prospect has been approached for new wind loading codes at the beginning of the 21st century.
