出生后大鼠海马CA3区细胞增殖核抗原的表达变化研究

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨大鼠出生后大脑海马发育规律。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测大鼠出生后第 1天、2天、3天、5天、10天、2 0天、30天海马 CA3 区细胞增殖核抗原的表达。结果 :出生后早期细胞增殖逐渐增多 ,第 10天后逐渐减少 ,至第 30天时停止增殖。结论 :大鼠海马 CA3Objective:To study on the development rules of the hippocampus in the postnatal rats cerebra.Methods:To examine the expression of PCNA in the CA3 area of the rats cerebra after binth 1d,2d,3d,5d,10d,20d,30d with SP immunohistochemistry technique.Results:At the early stage after birth,the positive cells of proliferation is increasing gradually,the number is themost on the 5d,10days later,the proliferation is decreasing little by little,and stops on 30d.Conclusion:the proliferation of neuron in the CA3 area can last some time after rats birth.
