齐墩果酸与齐酞酸钠对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究齐酞酸钠对提高机体防御系统的作用并与齐墩果酸进行比较。方法 :利用碳粒廓清实验法 ,通过不同给药途径和不同给药剂量 ,比较研究了齐酞酸钠与齐墩果酸对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果 :灌胃给药时 ,两药对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能无明显影响 ;而腹腔注射及皮下注射时 ,两药均呈剂量依赖性明显提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能。In order to compare the influence of OLA and OLA Pena by different administration and different dosage on mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis, the carbon clearance test was performed. The result showed that the two drug both have not marked effect when oral administration, but they both could enhance the phagocytosis obviously when they were injected subcutaneously or abdominally.
