摘 要:目的 :观察胆必清对实验性急性胆管炎兔过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 :大肠杆菌O111B4 胆管内注射诱导兔急性胆管炎模型 ,用硫代巴比妥酸法及NBT比色法分别测定肝及肠组织中MDA水平及SOD含量。结果 :急性胆管炎时MDA水平明显增高 ,而SOD含量下降。胆必清颗粒可使急性胆管炎兔肝及肠组织中MDA水平下降 ,并提高SOD含量。结论 :胆必清颗粒具有清除自由基 ,保护机体免受炎症及内毒素血症所致的过氧化损伤。To observe the protective effect of Danbiqing Granule on peroxidated damage in experimental bacterial cholangitis rabbite. Methods: The acute cholangitis models were established by intracholangic injection of E. coli O 111 B 4. MDA and SOD were determined by thiobarbituric acid method and NBT method respectively. Results: MDA level was obviously higher and SOD was lower in rabbits of acute bacterial chilangitis. Danbiqing Granule could reduce the level of MDA and increase SOD activity. Conclusion: Danbiqing Granule could clear away the free radio to protect the body against the damage of peroxidation in cholangitis.
