四逆汤对心肌缺血大鼠内皮素影响的研究

摘　　要：观察了不同剂量的四逆汤 (SND)及相同剂量的四逆汤灌胃后不同时点的大鼠血浆及心肌组织内皮素 (ET)浓度的变化。末次药后 1h腹腔注射垂体后叶素 (Pit) 15u/kg ,Pit注射后 1h取材 ,分别测定心肌及血浆ET浓度。结果四逆汤灌胃的最佳剂量为 5 0g/kg体重·d ,最佳灌胃时间为 5天 ;SND组心肌及血浆ET浓度明显低于缺血组 ,说明SND可显著降低缺血心肌ET浓度 ,并对血浆ET浓度有降低趋势。SD Rats were administrated with Sini Decoction (SND) of different dosage at the same time and at different time point after administration of the same dosage of SND. Moreover, SND' inhibition effects on ET during myocardial ischemia were observed at the best dosage and time. At the end of process, ET concentration of myocardium and plasma was measured. Results indicated that the best dosage of SND' effect on ET level in ischemic myocardium and plasma is 1.0g/200g/day and the best dosage of SND which can be used was 5 days. Myocardial ET concentration of SND group was decreased significantly compared with that of ischemic group (P<0.01) and ET concentration in plasma of SND group was decreased compared with that of ischemic group (P<0.1) which indicated that SND inhibites the elevation of ET in ischemic myocardium significantly and tends to decrease plasma ET during myocardial ischemia effectively.
