摘　　要：研究了四物汤煎剂刺激Peyer’sPatch产生细胞因子促进骨髓造血的作用。小鼠灌服给药后取Peyer’sPatch诱生得上清 ,MTT法检测上清对骨髓细胞的刺激增殖作用 ;另以体外直接给药诱生Peyer’sPatch得上清 ,检测Peyer’sPatch诱导的细胞因子活性。结果 :四物汤体内、外给药均可刺激Peyer’sPatch产生细胞因子刺激骨髓细胞增殖 ,此可能是四物汤补血作用的途径之一。Objective:To study the effects of Siwutang on Peyer's Patch cells mediated hematopoietic response. Methods: The conditioned medium of Peyer's Patch cells obtained from KM mice, which had orally administered Siwutang for 7 consecutive days, was added to the culture medium for bone marrow cells. In vitro Peyer's Patch cells from normal mice were stimulated with various concentrations of Siwutang and its ingredients and resulting condition medium was used for stimulation of bone marrow cells. Result: The conditioned medium of Peyer's patch cells obtained from Siwutang treated mice significantly proliferate bone marrow cells compared with that of mice manner.Conclusions: Si wu tang can stimulate Peyer's patch cells to produce cytokine and proliferate lone marrow cells, this may be one of the causes of Siwutang which can stimulate hemapoietic functions.
