摘　　要：可编程看门狗芯片X2 5 0 4 3 4 5是美国XICOR公司推出的新型芯片 ,在很多领域被广泛应用。其性能较佳 ,大大提高了应用系统的可靠性。介绍了可编程看门狗监控EEPROM芯片X2 5 0 4 3 4 5的特点和工作原理 ,给出了在电能表应用中的接口电路 ,提出了X2 5 0 4 3 4 5中数据防干扰的相应措施。Programmable watchdog X25043/45 , which is a new style of chip produced by America XICOR corporation , has been applied to many fields .That chip improved greatly the security of the application system on account of it's good capability .This text introduced the principle and the characteristic of programmable watchdog monitor and control EEPROM chip X25043/45 , offering the interface circuit in the electric energy instrument , and putting forward measures corresponding to data anti-jamming in X25043/45.
