摘　　要：目的 :研究皮瓣移植前后FGF受体分布特点。方法 :免疫组织化学染色。结果 :大鼠皮瓣表皮基底层细胞 ,真皮层、皮下组织和深筋膜中的血管内皮细胞、成纤维细胞及毛囊、汗腺的上皮细胞都有FGF受体。FGF受体免疫反应阳性细胞数在皮瓣移植术后 1～ 5天逐渐增加 ,第 5天达高峰 ,第 7天恢复到术前水平。结论 :大鼠皮瓣各层组织细胞中都存在FGF受体。FGF受体免疫反应阳性细胞数在术后 1～ 5天逐渐增加 ,第 5天达高峰。Objective: To examine the distributive characterization of the FGF-R before and after the flap transplantation. Method: An immunohistochemical techniques and SP staining method were used. Results: FGF receptors existed in stratum basale of epidermis, the vascular endothelial cells in the dermis and hypodermis, fibroblasts and the epithelial cells of the hair follicle and the sweat gland. In compaired with pre-operation, the quantity of positive immunoreactive cells increased gradually from the 1st day to the fifth day after operation, and the peak value is on the fifth day, it then recovered to the pre-operation level on the seventh day. Conclusion: FGF-R were expressed in all these cells. In compaired with pre-operation, the quantity of the positive immunoreactive cells of FGF-R were increased gradually from the lst day to the fifth day after operation, and the peak value is on the fifth day.
