摘  要:以中棉所 2 9为材料 ,测定了从主根根尖到基部不同区段 IAA、Z+ ZR、i P+ i PA、DHZ+DHZR的含量 ,并研究了其与侧根原基和侧根发生的关系。 CTKs含量表现从根尖向基部逐渐递减的大体趋势 ,在侧根原基大量发生的主根中上部 ,IAA含量处于高峰区 ,而 CTKs含量较低 ,IAA/CTKs多在 2~ 3之间。在根尖附近不发生侧根的区域 ,有较高 CTKs和 IAA水平 ,IAA/CTKs低于 2或高于 3。根尖与侧根发生区 IAA/CTKs的差别可能是控制根顶端优势的关键因子 ,2~ 3可能是适于侧根原基发生的阈值范围。用 0 .5~ 1 5 mg· L- 1KT和 0 .5~ 5 mg· L- 1IBA处理主根 。Contents of IAA, Z+ZR, iP+iPA, DHZ+DHZR in different segment of primary root of cotton seedling and thier regulation on initiation of lateral root were studied using (Gossypium hirsutum L.). Zhongmiansuo 29 as experiment material. The content of CTKs was showed decreasing from apical to base of the primary root.In the middle segment of the primary root, where primidias of lateral root initiated by mass, higher IAA level, lower CTKs level were founded while value of IAA/CTKs were mostly in 2~3. In root apical and nearby segment without lateral roots, both of higher CTKs and IAA were measured and IAA/CTKs was lower than 2 or higher than 3. It was deduced that the difference of IAA/CTKs between apical and the segment where lateral roots initiated was the key factor controlling the apical dominance of roots, and proper range of IAA/CTKs promoting lateral roots initiation was 2~3. Treatment with 0.5~15 mg·L 1 KT and 0.5~5 mg·L 1 IBA were found to change apical dominance of cotton roots.
