摘　　要：概述了暂态信号的特点,介绍了用带宽5GHz,采样率1GS/s的数字示波器进行暂态信号数字化测量的测量系统的构成和功能,以波形面积测量为例讲述结合数学软件进行信号处理的方法。This paper discusses the characteristics of transient signals, introduces the configuration and the technical performance of temporary signal digital measurement, which includes a 5GHz bandwidth, 1Gigasamples per second digital realtime oscilloscope. As an example of waveform area measurement it presents the methods of waveform processing in combination with math software.
