柴油机无载测功法的试验研究

摘　　要：以4125A4柴油机为试验对象,运用多项式回归的方法,寻求柴油机功率与耗油量(最高空转速及额定转速)之间的内在定量关系。所建立的模型具有较高的准确性,相对误差可以控制在3%以内。无载测功方法简便、有效,对柴油机的田间测试具有较强的实用性。The test has been conducted on a model 4125A4 diesel engine power and diesel cconsumption of the max-power-output speed & the max. permitted speed by using the SAS/statistical analysis software to find out the correlation relationship among power and diesel consumption of the max-power-output speed & the max. permitted speed . The non-loading dynamometer test method and the regression model was given by the paper .The regression model given by the paper can be applied in practice ,and the error is within 3% . [
