急性下肢深静脉血栓形成148例的治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓 (DVT)形成的治疗 .方法　 1985 - 0 1/ 2 0 0 0 - 12我院收治急性下肢深静脉血栓形成 14 8(男 5 2 ,女 96 )例 ,年龄 2 6～ 78(平均 4 5 )岁 ,对左下肢12 9例 ,右下肢 14例 ,手术治疗 2 3例 ,保守治疗 12 5例 ,进行回顾性分析讨论 .结果　治愈 5 5例 (37% ) ,基本治愈 82例(5 5 .4 % ) ,好转 10例 (6 .7% ) ,无效 1例 (0 .7% ) .结论　发病时间≤ 4 8h者手术取栓效果满意 ,尿激酶是安全有效的非手术治疗药物 .AIM To investigate the treatment for acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in lower limbs. METHODS One hundred forty eight patients with DVT of lower limb in our hospital from 1985 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Among these patients, 55 cases were cured (37%), 82 cases were approximately cured (55.4%), and 10 cases were improved ( 6.7% ). To one case the treatment was ineffective (0.7%). CONCLUSION The therapeutic efficacy of thrombectomy on patients with DVT of lower limb in 48 hours is satisfactory, but to the cases with DVT over 48 hours it appears poor. The urokinase may be a safe and effective drug for the non surgical therapy of DVT in lower limb.
