摘 要:目的 探讨表皮生长因子 (h EGF)在增生性肾小球肾炎 (PGN)发病中的作用 .方法 采用放射免疫分析法检测2 4例 PGN、12例非 PGN患者及 13例正常人血清、尿液和肾活检组织 h EGF含量 .结果 PGN组肾组织、尿 h EGF含量显著高于非 PGN组 (0 .6 3± 0 .18vs 0 .5 9± 0 .15 ,2 75± 5 1vs6 4± 19,P<0 .0 1)和正常对照组 (0 .6 3± 0 .18vs0 .5 4± 0 .14 ,2 75± 5 1vs5 4± 18,P<0 .0 1) ,PGN组血清 h EGF较非PGN和正常对照组均无显著差异 :肾组织 h EGF含量愈高 ,肾小球病理改变程度愈重 (r=0 .6 5 1,P<0 .0 1) ;尿 h EGF含量与肾组织 h EGF含量正相关 (r=0 .80 6 ,P<0 .0 0 1) .结论 h EGF可能与 PGN发病机制有关 ,尿 h EGF含量测定可反映肾组织局部 h EGF含量变化 .AIM To investigate the effect of human epidermal growth factor (hEGF) in the pathogenesis of proliferative glomemlonephritis (PGN). METHODS Twenty four patients with PGN and twelve non PGN were included in this study. Thirteen healthy person were included as normal control. The concentrations of hEGF in serum.urine and renalbiopsy tissues was detected by using immunofluorescence assay. RESULTS The hEGF concentrations of renal tissues and urine in patients with PGN is much higher than that in patients with non PGN (0.63±0.18 vs 0.59±0.15, 275±51 vs 64±19, P <0.01) and in normal control (0.63±0.18 vs 0.54±0.14, 275±51 vs 54±18, P <0.01), and the concentrations correlated with the extent of glomerular histological changes ( r =0.651, P <0.01). There was correlationship between urinary and renal hEGF level ( r =0.806, P <0.001). CONCLUSION hEGF may play a role in the pathogenesis of PGN, urinary hEGF concentrations in patients with PGN might be a reflection of the renal hEGF level.
