摘　　要：目的　探讨阴道B超监测药物诱导排卵的临床价值。方法　阴道B超对 12 0例药物诱导排卵的妇女进行动态监测。结果　药物诱导排卵和自然排卵周期中卵泡发育的超声表明相似 ,但仍有差异。结论　阴道B超不但能准确判断卵泡生长数目 ,大小、形态变化 ;而且指导临床hCG的给药时间 。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ovalation by drugs hyperstimulation through transvaginal ultrasound Methods: 120 patients with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) were detected through vagina guided by B ultrasound Results: The results indicated that there were not only certain similarities but also some differences between COH and natural ovulation cycles in follicular growth Conclusion: B ultrasound through vagina can accurately estimate follicular number, size and morphologic changes, and establish the time of hCG injection Moreover it is capable of reducing and avoiding the occurrence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) because of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH)
