补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例总结

摘　　要：采用补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 30例 ,并与用西药治疗的 30例进行对照 ,结果总有效率治疗组为90 % ,对照组为 5 3.3% ;两组治疗前后空腹血糖变化无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在症状及体征总积分变化方面 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且治疗组自身前后的变化有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;在感觉神经传导速度变化方面 ,治疗组治疗后较治疗前有显著提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗后两组比较有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。Modified Buyang Hangwu Decoction was used for treating 30 cases of diabetic peripheral neuopathy as contrded strictly with 30 cases.Results:The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 53.3% in the control group.There were no statistics meaning in the changes of fasting blood-glucose before and after treatment( P>0.05 ).The treatment group was superior to control group in the scientific ananysis for synptoms and sigh and there were significant deffereces in the treatment group itself before and after treatment( P<0.01 ).The changes of the conduction velocity of sensory nerve decreased greatly after treatment in the treatment group( P<0.01 )and there were significant meaning between two groups after treatment( P<0.01 ).
