连翘体外抑菌作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨连翘的体外抑菌作用。方法 :用 K- B纸片扩散法。 10 0 %连翘浸出液滤纸片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :连翘对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论Objective:To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of FSV on bacteria. Methods:K B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% FSV water extract. We observed the inhibition effect of circular filter paper pieces of FSV on Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus. sureus, Staphylococcus. albicans, α hemolytic streptoccus, β hemolytic streptoccus. Results:It had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion:FSV has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.
