摘　　要：目的　研究胫骨应力性骨折并发急性骨折的 X线表现。方法　对军训胫骨应力性骨折并发急性骨折 2 5例的 X线进行分析。结果　 X线特征为胫骨内后 (外 )侧见骨膜增生和 (或 )骨痂形成 ,均系不完全骨折 ,骨折线起源于骨膜增生和 (或 )骨痂高度的中间平面 ,自内后侧向外前方向延伸 ,多数累及增生骨膜和 (或 )骨痂 ,对位对线良好。结论　根据 X线特点 。Objective To study the X ray finding of the thin's stress fracture combined with acute fracture Methods To analyze the X ray finding of the thin's stress fracture combined with acute fracture by military training (25 cases) Results Te fracture's X ray characteristic is periosteal proliferation and (or) bony callus formation on the thin's inner after(out) side, which is incomplete fracture The fracture's line is origin from the middle plane of periosteal proliferation and (or) bony callus formation, which extends from the inner posterior to the out front side Most of the fractures invade to the proliferateional periosteum and (or) bony callus, which has fine paratope and alignmant Conclusion We can make clear out diagnosis of the thin's stress fracture combined with acute fracture according to the X ray finding, case history and clinical display
