摘　　要：目的　总结脂肪栓塞综合征 (FES)早期诊断及治疗经验。方法　根据 1 0例 FES患者早期体征、临床表现及实验室检查改变 ,进行有效的治疗 ,并对结果进行评价。结果　 1 0例 FES均痊愈。结论　早期识别 FES是治疗的关键 ,对于 FES。Objective To summarize the experience in early diagnosis and treatment of fat embolism syndrome (FES) Methods According to the changes of early signs, clinical symptoms and laboratory examinations, the effective treatment meansures were provided and then the results were evaluated Results 10 cases were all cured of FES Conclusion Early diagnosis of FES is the key to treatment It is more important to prevent FES than to treat it
