摘　　要：目的　探讨子宫“三角形”切除术的优点及临床价值。方法　分析 5 6例子宫“三角形”切除术的平均手术时间、出血量及术后恢复情况。结果　 5 6例子宫“三角形”切除术平均手术时间 40 min,平均出血量 40 ml,术后禁食水时间 1 2 h,留置导尿时间 2 4h,术后 2 4h即可下床活动。结论　子宫“三角形”切除术平均手术时间短 ,出血量少 ,术后恢复快。避免了卵巢早衰及盆腔解剖关系的改变 。Objective To study the advantages and clinical value of triangular metrectomy Methods To analyze and observe the mean operation time, the amount of bleeding and post operative recovery status of 56 cases with triangular metrectomy Results The mean operation time was 40 mins, the mean amount of bleeding was 40 ml, the post operative fasting time was 12 hours and 24 hours after operation the patients could move off bed Conclusion The mean operation time of triangular metrectomy was short, the amount of bleeding was less, and the patients recovered fastly after operation So the operation is helpful to the disease of the patients and their mental recovery
