摘 要:分析了现场离心式风机在生产条件下用传统方法测试性能时 ,风机入口风道出现畸变流场 ,引起测试数据失真 ,同时干扰叶轮内部流场 ,使风机性能改变 ,测试结果不能真实反映运转特性 .提出用并联原理进行测试 ,经实测验证 。Airflow field distortion near centrifugal fan inlet causes by traditional fan test method on the spot conditions is analyzed. The reasons are that internal flow field of impeller is disturbed, fan performarnce is deteriorated by airflow field distortion and the reality of fan performance connot be indicated by the test data. According to paralleling principle, a novel method is proposed for testing centrifugal fan performance. The results show that the method can improve test accuracy very well.
